About Keystone Court Data
Keystone Court Data is an off-market real estate intelligence service sourcing property-related court filings directly from county court dockets the day they are filed. Coverage spans Indiana, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. Filing types tracked include pre-foreclosure, foreclosure, probate, pre-probate, divorce, partition, guardianship, and tax sale.
Founded by Carson Nordmann. Counties are sold on a non-exclusive basis — subscribing doesn't require another investor to give up their spot. Owner-match status is shown on a lead where a check against the county tax assessor has run.

- Keystone's court-filing archive holds more than 8 million filings, spanning 2,800-plus counties, collected since 2020.
- Across the platform's coverage area, entity-owned filings (LLCs, trusts, banks) are excluded from delivered leads; owner-match status is shown on a lead where a check has run.
- An observational 2026 snapshot found that one major public foreclosure-aggregator interface in Indiana, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Florida contained only post-auction bank-owned properties; pre-foreclosure court-filing inventory was not visible in the sampled public free interface.
- North Carolina is the exception to the above pattern, attributable to its unified statewide eCourts system (rolled out 2024-2025).
