About Keystone Court Data
Keystone Court Data is an off-market real estate intelligence service delivering property-related court filings the same day they're filed, nationwide. Filing types tracked include pre-foreclosure, foreclosure, probate, pre-probate, divorce, partition, guardianship, and tax sale.
Founded by Carson Nordmann. Counties are sold on a non-exclusive basis: subscribing doesn't require another investor to give up their spot. Owner-match status is shown on a lead where a check against the county tax assessor has run.
