How County Bidding Works
One subscriber per county. Counties start at $149/mo and prices adjust through competitive bidding. Win a county and every lead is yours alone. If a county has no current holder, you subscribe directly at the starting price with no bidding required.

View all counties with current pricing and availability. Open counties start at $149/mo.
2. Place Your Bid
Bid on unclaimed counties or challenge existing holders. Set auto-bid limits so the system bids for you up to your maximum. Holders get 72 hours to counter.
3. Win and Activate
Win the county and you get a 30-day protection period where no one can challenge you. Pay your winning bid amount monthly via Stripe. Leads start arriving the same day.
Pay for Quality, Not Quantity
Individual lead prices reflect quality. Higher equity, better contact data, and more urgent cases cost more.
Motivation Score
Leads scored Urgent or Strong are priced higher than Emerging leads. You pay more for sellers most likely to close.
Equity and Value
Properties with higher equity and estimated value carry a premium. Bigger potential deals justify the investment.
Freshness and Completeness
Recently filed cases and leads with full contact data (phone, email, mailing address) are worth more than older or partial records.

How does the free trial work?
Request a trial and we'll set you up with access to selected counties for 7 days. You see real lead data with full property details and motivation scoring. No credit card required - your trial expires automatically.
What happens if someone outbids me?
You get 72 hours to counter any challenge bid. You can also set an auto-bid maximum and the system will counter automatically up to your limit. After 10 rounds, the higher bidder wins.
Can I switch or drop counties?
Yes. County subscriptions are monthly. You can cancel a county or bid on a different one any time. Your 30-day protection period means no one can challenge you right after you win.
How do per-lead purchases work?
Add any amount to your account via Stripe. Browse the marketplace and purchase individual leads. Your balance carries forward and refunds from disputed leads go back to your account.
What if a lead has bad data?
File a dispute within 7 days of purchase. If the data is inaccurate (wrong address, bad phone number, duplicate), we'll refund the full amount to your account balance.
How do team accounts work?
A broker creates the team and invites agents. The broker handles billing and county subscriptions. Agents get access to assigned counties and can view leads, receive alerts, and use the dashboard. Lead assignment works by territory.
