How does the free trial work?

Submit the form and you're in your dashboard immediately with 7 days of access to your selected county. You see real lead data with full property details and motivation scoring. No credit card required. Your trial expires automatically.

What does "one subscriber per county" actually mean?

When you subscribe to a county, every court filing in that county goes to you alone. We do not resell the same leads to any other subscriber. No one else buying from us in that county is on your call list.

Can I switch or drop counties?

Yes. County subscriptions are monthly. You can cancel a county or pick up a different one any time. Your monthly price is locked for 12 months from signup, we will not raise it during that period.

What if a county I want is already taken?

One subscriber per county. If the county you want is already taken, click it on this page and leave your email, we'll notify you if it opens. Works on any tier: Prime, Standard, or Discovery.

What's the 12-month price lock?

Your monthly rate is fixed for 12 months from your signup date. After that, subject to annual review on your anniversary: any raise requires 60 days' written notice and is capped at +25% per year. You can cancel during the notice period without penalty.

What's the difference between the three tiers?

Tier is set by county market size (population × median home value). Prime is top metros. Standard is mid-size counties. Discovery is smaller/rural markets. The tier shows on every county and you always pay the tier price for that county, whichever you pick.

What if a lead has inaccurate data?

Let us know. If the data is inaccurate (wrong address, bad phone number, duplicate), we'll work with you to correct the record or credit your account.

How do team accounts work?

A broker creates the team and invites agents. The broker handles billing and county subscriptions. Agents get access to assigned counties and can view leads, receive alerts, and use the dashboard. Lead assignment works by territory.
