How-to

Teams: work the same leads with your teammates

Add the people you work with, decide who gets which leads, and see each other's notes on a lead so nobody calls the same owner twice.

  1. Create your team

Open Team in the menu (it reads Team & Partners when partner sharing is on for your account) and click Create a team. Give it a name and choose who pays for an agent's counties by default: Agents pay their own or I pay for everyone. You can change that for each person you invite.

  2. Invite a teammate

Under Invite an Agent, type their email, choose who pays, and pick the counties they should work. We email them the invitation. Until they accept, it sits under Pending Invitations, where you can Copy Link, resend it, or Revoke it.

  3. They accept

Your teammate opens the invitation and signs in, or makes a login, with the email you invited. If they're new, they click Sign up to join the team and then Create Account & Accept.

  4. Decide how a county's leads are shared

By default everyone on a county sees all of its leads. To give each person their own slice, open Split leads across your agents and pick Split by case type, Split by town, Split by ZIP or Split evenly (auto). Anything you leave unassigned stays visible to everyone.

  5. See your team on each lead

Open a lead and the Your team on this lead box shows each teammate who also has that lead: their latest note, where they have it in their pipeline, and their last contact. Everyone still writes only their own notes.

  6. Keep an eye on how it's going

Team performance shows each agent's coverage, calls, emails, deals and overdue leads. Click an agent to see their pipeline, and send a one-tap nudge if they're sitting on cold leads. Your teammates see their own numbers under Your performance.

  7. Optional: one CRM for the whole team

With Team CRM Connect, every new lead for the team goes to your CRM as it arrives, with the name of the agent it's assigned to.

A teammate can leave from their own Team page (Leave Team), and you can remove anyone from yours.

Working with outside help?

A calling company or virtual assistant doesn't need to join your team. Connect them as a calling company instead: they reach only the leads you send them. To bring a lender, agent or title company in on a case, use Partners.
