How-to

Add a VA to your account

Give your VA their own login so they can call the leads you choose, without sharing yours. It takes about five minutes.

Their own login

No more sharing your password. Their calls and notes are saved under their own name, so you can see who did what.

Only the leads you hand them

They see the leads you send them, with phone numbers and call buttons. No deal numbers, no export, no CRM.

You stay in control

Take a lead back or remove them any time. Their open work comes back to you.

Set it up

You need at least one active county on your account, and your first two teammates are free.

  1. Create your team

Log in and open Team in the menu, then click Create a team. Type a team name and leave Default billing on I pay for everyone. Click Create Team. Your counties and what you pay stay exactly as they are.

  2. Invite your VA

Click Add teammates. Under Their email, type your VA's own email address. Under They join as, pick A caller (calls only the leads you hand them). Under Give them counties, tick one of your counties, then click Send invite. They get an email, and the invite is good for 7 days. You can also copy the invite link and text it to them.

  3. Your VA joins

Your VA opens the link. If they don't have a login yet, they click Sign up to join the team and use the same email you invited. Then they are in.

  4. Hand them leads

Open a lead, find Hand off to, choose your VA under Pick a teammate, and click Hand off. To send several at once, select them first and hand them off together. Your VA gets a note in their bell that you handed them a lead.

  5. See their work

Their calls, notes and follow-ups show on the lead, and any new phone numbers they find are saved to it.

  6. Stop any time

Open Team, click your VA's row, then More and Remove from team. Their open follow-ups come back to you.

Your VA has to sign up with the exact email you invited. A different email is refused.

Working with a whole calling team?

If you use an outside calling company with several callers, connect them as a calling company instead.
