How does the free trial work?
Submit the form and you're in your dashboard immediately with 7 days of access to your selected county. You see real lead data with full property details and motivation scoring. No credit card required. Your trial expires automatically.
What makes Keystone leads different?
Speed and data quality, not scarcity. Filings hit your dashboard within days of the court stamp, not weeks later through an aggregator's broker pipeline. Every lead is court-direct, carries an owner-match label, and is DNC-checked. Being first to call the homeowner is what wins the deal, and that depends on how fast you move.
Can I switch or drop counties?
Yes. County subscriptions are monthly. You can cancel a county or pick up a different one any time. Your monthly price is locked for 12 months from signup, we will not raise it during that period.
Can more than one subscriber have the same county?
Yes. Subscriptions are non-exclusive, so you can subscribe to any available county regardless of who else already has it.
What's the 12-month price lock?
Your monthly rate is fixed for 12 months from your signup date. After that, subject to annual review on your anniversary: any raise requires 60 days' written notice and is capped at +25% per year. You can cancel during the notice period without penalty.
How is a county's price set?
Off that county's own real, verified court-filing volume — not a flat tier. A small rural county with a handful of filings a month starts as low as $19/mo; a major metro with heavy filing volume runs up toward $899/mo. Every county has one price, and it's shown on that county's own page before you subscribe.
What if a lead has inaccurate data?
Let us know. If the data is inaccurate (wrong address, bad phone number, duplicate), we'll work with you to correct the record or credit your account.
How do team accounts work?
A broker creates the team and invites agents. The broker handles billing and county subscriptions. Agents get access to assigned counties and can view leads, receive alerts, and use the dashboard. Lead assignment works by territory. The broker dashboard tracks per-agent performance: leads worked, calls logged, deals closed, and leads going cold.
