Broker & agent performance, visual review
The two views that make the team feature work, rendered from the live components. Broker shown with a row expanded so you can see the new Nudge button.

Team performance
What the team owner sees: are my agents working the leads, are leads rotting, who is closing. Click an agent to expand their pipeline and nudge them.
- Four headline tiles + a per-agent table (coverage, calls, emails, deals, conversion, cold, overdue), each column with a plain-English info dot. Alerts are colored numbers, not loud boxes.
- Anti-gaming — a deal with no activity trail or a same-day close gets a ⚠ flag; conversion counts only trail-backed deals.
- Nudge (new) — expand an agent with cold or overdue leads and tap “Nudge Bob”; he gets a notification with the exact counts. Closes the loop.

Your performance
What each agent now sees about themselves. The nudge half of the flywheel: an agent who sees “5 going cold” works and logs, which is what makes the broker's numbers real.
- Nudge banner is the headline — their cold + overdue count in one line at the top.
- Their own numbers only — scoped to their leads, never the whole shared county, so it stays actionable. A brand-new agent sees a friendly “nothing logged yet” instead of zeros.
- “Your broker sees this too” — the incentive stated plainly.
